Career Transitions LLC is recruiting qualified candidates for a permanent job position, Program Manager. Our client is a mid-sized manufacturing company in Southwest Michigan; a Tier 1 automotive supplier.

Responsibilities:
As the Program Manager you will advise in the technical development of contracts and purchase orders using internal company standards and specifications in conjunction with customer specific requirements. The Program Manager ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and may direct the work of others assigned to the program from various departments. The successful candidate will also ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements:
An extensive background in stamping and/or roll forming, tooling, and engineering is required, as well as experience with the APQP process
Must be able to read blueprints
Knowledgeable in GD&T
Proficient in MS Office applications
Bachelor degree in a technical or engineering discipline is highly desirable as well as 5 years automotive experience
Familiarity with various computer aided design (CAD) software a plus
