Company manufactures custom automotive parts in high or low volume applications; large or small, out of quality steel, aluminum or stainless. These capabilities include:

Rollforming: Capability to produce parts up to 54 in width with line speeds up to 60 ft/min
Stamping: Full line-up of presses with a tonnage range of 50 to 1200 tons
Fabrication: Full manufacturing and assembly capabilities up to 1 material
Tool Design: In-house tool design and build allows company to provide a One-Stop shop.
Machining: Full CNC machining for parts up to 72 in X, 34 in Y, 30 in Z with a maximum weight of 4,000 lbs. We offer trunions to achieve 4th and 5th axis capabilities.

Responsibilities:

They are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Program Manager. Candidate will aide in the technical development of contracts and purchase orders using internal standards and specifications in conjunction with customer specific requirements. The Program Manager ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and may direct the work of others assigned to the program from various departments. The successful candidate will also ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Work Experience Requirements:

An extensive background in stamping and/or rollforming, tooling, and engineering is required, as well as experience with the APQP process. The successful candidate will be able to read blueprints, be knowledgeable in GD&T and will have a working knowledge of Microsoft software. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline is highly desirable as well as 5 years automotive experience. Familiarity with various computer aided design (CAD) software a plus.

Bottom line requirements
